What is included in a packaging kit?
A printed box paired with protective packaging. Choose from an Air Packaging Kit, Flexi-Hex Sleeves Kit, Corrugated Sleeves Kit, or a Flexi-Hex Sleeves and Pinch Top Box Kit, in white or brown E-flute, printed outside, inside or both.
Can I print my own branding, and is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every box is printed in full colour with your logo or design, and there is no minimum order - bulk pricing is applied automatically as quantities increase. A one-off setup fee of £49.95 applies to orders under £100 (exc VAT) and is waived on re-orders of the same product using the same artwork. You always approve a printed proof before we produce your full order.
Are the packaging kits recyclable?
Yes. The kits use FSC certified cardboard and paper-based protection wherever possible, so the whole pack is widely recyclable and made from largely recycled content.
What are packaging kits best for?
Getting a complete, ready-to-ship solution for fragile items such as bottles, with the box and the right protective insert combined and branded together.
How fast is delivery, and can I order a sample first?
Production begins once you approve your proof. Choose your speed at checkout: Standard Express Production (6-10 business days, free on orders of £70 and over, otherwise £10), Priority Production (3-5 business days, £50) or Priority+ Production (1-2 business days, £80). Approve your proof by 12:00 midday on a working day and we despatch the same day. Those rates cover mainland UK; Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man are priced separately and cannot use Priority+. You can order a printed sample first to check the print and material before committing to a full run.
