What is a printed sample?
A printed sample is a single item produced with your artwork so you can check the print quality, colours and material in person before committing to a full order. It is the best way to be completely confident before we print at volume.
Does a sample use my own artwork?
Yes. Printed single samples are produced using the artwork you upload, so they show exactly how your design will look. Please note single sample orders are produced without the separate proof-approval step that applies to full orders.
How long does a printed sample take?
Samples are produced quickly, and you choose your delivery speed at checkout in the same way as a full order. Ordering a sample first is the recommended step because personalised printed items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Can I change my design after seeing the sample?
Yes. Once you have seen the sample and are happy with the quality, you can make changes to your artwork when you place your full order, and you approve a final proof before production. Get in touch on 01543 572 776 if you need help.
