What sizes and colours do your padded mailers come in?
Twelve sizes from 100mm x 165mm up to 300mm x 445mm (width x length), in White or Gold, and you can print the front, the rear, or both sides.
Can I print my own branding, and is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every box is printed in full colour with your logo or design, and there is no minimum order - bulk pricing is applied automatically as quantities increase. A one-off setup fee of £49.95 applies to orders under £100 (exc VAT) and is waived on re-orders of the same product using the same artwork. You always approve a printed proof before we produce your full order.
What are the padded mailers made from and are they recyclable?
They are lightweight padded envelopes that cushion their contents in transit, made from FSC certified material with 60% to 90% recycled content and widely recyclable. For a plastic-free alternative, see our Eco-Friendly Padded Mailers, which use honeycomb kraft padding.
What are padded mailers best for?
Posting clothing, books, cosmetics and other small, lightweight items that need cushioning without the bulk or postage cost of a box. The peel-and-seal strip makes packing fast.
How fast is delivery, and can I order a sample first?
Production begins once you approve your proof. Choose your speed at checkout: Standard (11-18 working days, free over £70), Express (6-10 days, £20), Priority (3-5 days, £50) or Priority+ (1-2 days, £80). We deliver across mainland UK, with surcharges on some Highland and island postcodes. You can order a printed sample first to check the print and material before committing to a full run.
