Personalisation Information & Help
Printable Areas
We use pre-manufactured stock packaging, which allows us to offer some of the fastest turnarounds in the UK. Because of this, we can only print in pre-defined areas, we do not offer full-surface printing. All available print areas are clearly shown on each product page. If you're ever unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering.
Artwork Format & Quality
To get the best results, we recommend providing high-resolution artwork (300dpi), ideally as a .png with a transparent background. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .eps, and .psd files. Avoid large blocks of solid colour, which can produce slight banding during the inkjet printing process. Flatten or outline text to prevent compatibility issues.
Please note: We cannot guarantee exact Pantone colour matching, especially when printing on kraft or manila materials, where the natural background may influence the final result.
White & Metallic Printing
We do not print with white ink, so any white areas in your artwork will appear as the natural colour of the material. Metallic colours (e.g., gold, silver) will be printed as high-quality flat colour equivalents. Embossing and foiling are not available, as our inkjet printing system is designed for speed and flexibility.
Pre-Print Proofs & Amendments
We’ll never go to print without your approval. You’ll receive a visual printed proof to review before production begins (excluding sample orders). If you need changes, you can amend your design until you’re 100% happy.
Changing Artwork
While we can make minor adjustments (like resizing), we do not offer a full design service. You’ll need to provide final, press-ready artwork.
Setup Fee
Orders under £100 (excluding VAT) are subject to a one-time setup fee of £49.95. This fee is waived on re-orders of the same product using the same artwork.
Tolerances & Quality Expectations
Due to the nature of printing on pre-made packaging, small shifts in artwork placement may occur. Product dimensions may vary by up to 20mm, which is considered standard in the packaging industry. Slight imperfections or colour variations, especially on kraft materials, are to be expected and fall within acceptable tolerances.
White Label Orders
We’re happy to offer a white label service for customers ordering on behalf of others, ideal for agencies, resellers, or partners. You can flag a white label order at checkout or contact us to confirm the details. Your order will be shipped with no branding from us, helping you deliver a seamless experience to your client.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the end client has approved the printed sample before we proceed to full production. This helps avoid any issues and ensures everyone is happy with the final result.
Artwork Responsibility
You must have the rights to use any logos, text, or designs submitted. By uploading artwork, you confirm you have permission to use all content.
