Custom Printed Boxes

A full range of printed cardboard packaging: postal and mailer boxes, large letter boxes, single and double wall boxes, book wrap and capacity mailers, padded mailers, and speciality lines such as pillow, telescopic, wine, pizza, cake, candle and magnetic boxes. All are printed in full colour with your branding.

There is no minimum order and bulk pricing applies automatically. A one-off £49.95 setup fee applies to orders under £100 (exc VAT) and is waived on re-orders of the same product using the same artwork. You approve a printed proof before full production.

Most boxes come in natural brown kraft or white, in single or double wall corrugated board depending on the product, and speciality lines use solid board or rigid board. All cardboard is FSC certified and made from 60% to 90% recycled content. We print full colour but not white ink, and metallics print as flat-colour equivalents.

Production starts once your proof is approved, and proofs approved by 12:00 midday on a working day are despatched the same day. Options at checkout are Standard Express Production (6-10 business days, free on orders of £70 and over, otherwise £10), Priority Production (3-5 business days, £50) and Priority+ Production (1-2 business days, £80), delivered across mainland UK.

Yes. You can order a printed sample of any product using your own artwork to check the print and material first. We recommend it, as personalised printed items are non-refundable unless faulty.
